The workshop will be based on what Arevik Petrosyan has learned through five years of yoga journey as a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor and practitioner of different yoga styles. Yoga Dance is a very special practice of conscious dance with the elements of Hatha yoga and dynamic meditation. Arevik’s classes draw from the ancient yoga techniques, as well as her meditative and dance background with the aim towards becoming the most joyful, healthy, peaceful and mindful version of ourselves. Bring your own mat and a blanket or towel for the relaxation.  The class is free and open to the public.  All levels and ages welcome. Little or no yoga experience required.
